C&V Consulting Client Text Messaging
C&V Consulting, Inc. ("C&V," "we," "our," or "us"), 9830 Irvine Center Drive, Irvine, CA 92618, a civil engineering, land surveying, and land planning firm, sends text messages to clients, project partners, and survey requesters who have opted in. Messages are conversational, sent by C&V employees, and relate to project coordination, survey and site-visit scheduling, project status updates, document requests, and responses to your questions or support requests. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
You may opt in by completing our Text Message Opt-In form, providing your mobile number, and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages from C&V Consulting, Inc. The consent box is never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of doing business with us. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms of Use.
Message frequency varies based on your projects and your interactions with our staff.
We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message (you may also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL). After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from that number. To stop text messages from all C&V numbers, reply STOP to each, or email info@cvc-inc.net and we will remove your number from all of our messaging. To rejoin, complete the opt-in form again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
